"Star Struck: Celebrities Inspired Nail Art"

This year, we're shifting gears to celebrate the icons who have left an indelible mark on our lives. From Hollywood stars to business moguls, from politicians to social media influencers and spiritual personas, this category invites you to pay homage to the celebrities who have impacted you the most, or perhaps even those who have sparked controversy and caught your attention.

With your nail art, we're not just looking for beauty; we're seeking to showcase the power of inspiration and influence.

1. Craft a captivating mix nail art box that tells a story, presented on 5 artificial (false) nail tips. These tips should not be stuck together but arranged closely to create one stunning canvas from 5 small ones. Your work will be judged as a cohesive piece and also on the individual merits of each nail tip.

2. Any sized nail tips can be used. They can be of various sizes or all the same size.

3. As always, originality is paramount. All entries must be freshly created for NailOn Global, with no repeats from previous competitions or published works. Each piece must be crafted solely by the technician, without outside assistance or pre-prepared accessories.

4. Feel free to unleash your creativity using any medium. From L&P acrylic to foil, UV gel system to acrylic paint, watercolour to hand painting, airbrushing,  and embellishments like rhinestones, lace and feathers, 3-D sculpting the possibilities are endless.

5. You're welcome to incorporate 3D art, provided it doesn't exceed 7 mm in height from the nail surface and remains within the confines of the art box.

6. And remember, step-by-step pictures during the creation process are crucial. Failure to provide these will result in a deduction of 20 points from your final score.

7. Stay true to the theme of "Star Struck: Celebrities Inspired Nail Art", creating real or cartoon visions of your chosen celebrity.

8. Tips should not be placed in a box or covered with any lid, this is so that all 5 nails can be seen clearly for judging purposes.

9. Create a narrative story, telling us why you chose your design. This should be a short sentence of 50 words, continuing a story.

10. Please check the "Picture/Video Guidelines" for all information about entry photographs.
