Are you ready to unleash your creativity with extreme shapes? In this category, we celebrate extraordinary nail designs that showcase your artistic flair. Don't hold back—let your imagination run wild! In this competition, you only need to design one nail, so why not give it a try? Let your creativity shine and show the world what you're capable of!
1. Think outside the classic stiletto and create ONE pointy shape, for example a razor, butterfly, or dragon. Choose your canvas from L&P acrylic, UV gel system, Polygel, or a combination of systems.
2. Make a statement with enhancement that exceeds 7 cm from the middle of the cuticles.
3. Express your creativity using any media you like. Remember, solid colours won't be acceptable—let your imagination run wild!
4. Elevate your design with 3D attachments that are entirely your creation. If you choose to include them, provide step-by-step pictures to showcase your skills. Keep the height of your 3D artwork under 10 mm. Lace elements are part of the nail, and you can add other decorative elements to them, such as crystals or 3D acrylic flowers, up to 10 mm high.
5. All entries must be original and created for NailOn Global! No repeated entries from previous competitions are allowed. All works that are not original or have been published on social media, previous competitions, or magazines will be immediately disqualified from the NailOn Global Championships.
6. Create a narrative story, telling us why you chose your design. This should be a short sentence of 50 words, continuing a story.

1. Manicure Procedure (Max 10 points)
- Cuticle Care: Ensure cuticles are smooth and free from injury or irritation after the treatment.
- Transformation: Show a noticeable improvement in the appearance of the nails from before to after the manicure.
Scoring: Each bullet point is worth 1-5 points.
2. Shape (Max 10 points):
- Contour Consistency: Ensure the top line of the enhancement surface is smoothly contoured and symmetrical on each nail.
- Apex Position: The apex-arch should be symmetrically positioned.
- Shape Harmony: The shape curve should enhance and harmonise with the hand, aligning with natural nails and consistent with the expected style of the category. Points are awarded based on the complexity of the shape.
- Adequate Length: Length should be suitable for the category.
- Extension Tunnel: Ensure the curvature of the enhancement “tunnel” is proportional. The nail must be consistently thin throughout the entire nail. And no thicker than a credit card.
Scoring: Each bullet point is worth 1-2 points.
3. Design (Max 10 points):
- Originality: Demonstrate an original and innovative design that delivers a "wow factor."
- Creativity Execution: Display creativity in the execution of the design, incorporating intricate details or unique elements.
- Balance: Ensure the design is well balanced and spread across all nails evenly.
- Technique Variety: Apply different nail art techniques, such as engraving with an electric file, sculpting, or other advanced techniques. Moulded designs are allowed, but emphasis is on originality and execution.
- Colour Harmony: Execute colours that harmonise with each other and enhance the overall design.
Scoring: Each bullet point is worth 1-2 points.
4. Proportions and Dimensions (Max 10 points)
- Proportions: Elements in the design should be proportionate to each other (e.g., a lion should be larger than an apple, and a tree should be larger than the lion).
- Dimensions: The design should have a sense of depth, with appropriate use of background, middle ground, and foreground elements. Proportions should reflect their placement in the design (e.g., items in the background should appear smaller and lighter).
Scoring: Each bullet point is worth 1-2 points.
5. Finish Look (Max 10 points):
- Surface Smoothness: The surface of the nail should be smooth without any dust or air bubbles. If 3D elements are applied, ensure the products used to attach them are not visible.
- Edge Coverage: Guarantee complete coverage of the free edge with colour or French finish.
Scoring: Each bullet point is worth 1-5 points.
6. Overall Impression (Max 10 points):
- First Impression: Assess the overall initial impact of the nails. How creatively you continue the story with your design and how well the story relates to and explains your design choice.
- Application Perfection: Ensure no improvements are needed, and all the above characteristics are met. Verify that the height of 3D artwork is well executed.
Scoring: Each bullet point is worth 1-5 points.

Orientation: Keep the video vertical, with an aspect ratio of 9:16.

Duration: Max 30 seconds.
Copyrights: Add the music title and artist to the comment section for copyrights.
